Can I have a player plan AND a host plan?
Yes. Both plans run simultaneously on your account. Host your own tournaments and compete in others at the same time. Our bundle deals give you both at a discount.
Who can create a clan?
Elite Pass and above. Free and Arena Pass players can join clans but cannot create them. This keeps clan leadership meaningful and earned.
How does host verification work?
After subscribing, submit your National ID or business registration through your dashboard. We review within 24-72 hours. Once verified, your paid tournament restrictions are lifted.
Where does all the money go?
All money flows through the gmrtenzo wallet system. Entry fees are held by the platform, prize money is credited to winner wallets, host cuts are credited automatically. Nobody handles cash outside the platform.
What is the platform cut on winnings?
Free: 20% | Arena Pass: 12% | Elite Pass: 8% | Host Plans: 5%. This cut is automatically deducted when your prize is credited to your wallet. You see the full breakdown transparently.
How do withdrawals work?
Request a withdrawal from your wallet any time. Processed every Friday. Elite Pass players are processed first. Minimum TZS 10,000. Real network fees are deducted transparently — you always see the fee before confirming.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at next renewal. If you created a clan on Elite and downgrade, your clan stays but you can no longer create new ones.
