Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gmrtenzo.gg ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

gmrtenzo.gg is operated by Tenzo Group, registered in Tanzania. These terms govern your use of all services provided through the Platform including tournaments, clans, the gaming marketplace and any other features.

2. Eligibility

To use gmrtenzo.gg you must be:

• At least 13 years of age
• Players under 18 require parental consent to participate in paid tournaments
• Capable of forming a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Not previously banned from the Platform

gmrtenzo.gg reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of age requirements will be suspended.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account on gmrtenzo.gg:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• Your gamertag must be unique and not impersonate another person
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share, sell or transfer your account to another person
• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• Your gaming IDs must be accurate and verified

gmrtenzo.gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements without prior notice.

4. Tournaments & Competition

By entering any tournament on gmrtenzo.gg you agree to:

• Be available at the scheduled tournament time
• Submit accurate match results within the specified time window
• Play using only your registered gaming ID
• Accept that disconnections during a match result in a loss for the disconnecting player
• Accept moderator decisions on disputed results as final after appeals process
• Not use any cheats, exploits, macros or unauthorized software

Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started. Refunds may be issued at gmrtenzo.gg's discretion if a tournament is cancelled before it begins.

5. Payments & Prize Money

All payments on gmrtenzo.gg are processed securely through the Platform.

• Entry fees must be paid before registration is confirmed
• Prize money is paid within 48 hours of tournament completion to verified winners
• Prize payouts are made via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Payoneer or other supported methods
• gmrtenzo.gg retains a service fee of 10-30% of prize pools to cover platform costs
• Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable
• gmrtenzo.gg uses escrow for all marketplace transactions

gmrtenzo.gg is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions beyond our control.

6. Marketplace & Shop

The gmrtenzo.gg marketplace connects buyers with verified gaming stores. By using the marketplace:

• All payments must be made through gmrtenzo.gg's secure payment system
• Stores must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• gmrtenzo.gg holds payment in escrow until delivery is confirmed
• Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to raise a dispute
• Stores are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• gmrtenzo.gg earns a service fee of 10% on all marketplace transactions

7. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

gmrtenzo.gg is committed to fair competition. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of cheats, hacks, bots or any unauthorized software
• Submitting false match results or screenshots
• Deliberate disconnection to avoid a loss
• Account sharing or having another person play on your behalf
• Collusion with opponents to manipulate tournament outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Bribing or threatening other players

Violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of prizes and potential permanent ban. Banned players are publicly listed on the platform. All bans may be appealed through our dispute resolution process.

8. Community Standards

gmrtenzo.gg is a community platform. All users must:

• Treat other players, store owners and staff with respect
• Not use hate speech, racial slurs or discriminatory language
• Not harass, threaten or bully other community members
• Not post inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
• Report violations through the platform reporting system

Violations of community standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account termination depending on severity.

9. Privacy Policy

gmrtenzo.gg collects and processes personal data to provide our services. We collect:

• Account information — name, email, gamertag, gaming IDs
• Payment information — processed securely through payment providers
• Usage data — tournaments entered, results, activity
• Communication data — messages sent through the platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely to operate and improve the platform and to process payments and prizes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@gmrtenzo.gg

10. Liability

gmrtenzo.gg provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• gmrtenzo.gg is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• gmrtenzo.gg is not responsible for actions of other users on the platform
• gmrtenzo.gg is not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 30 days

gmrtenzo.gg reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be notified to users via email and platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
